HOW IT WORKS
How To Book A Floor
A Floor is booked a minimum 4 weeks in advance of sampling. Payment is due at time of booking. Once booked and paid we will send you the Duo Brand form. This form will capture ingredient information, brand logo, product image, nutrition facts, certifications (if any). Samples need to arrive to us 1 week before start of sample week.
What Is A Sample Kit?
Our Stations fit samples that are 1" in depth, 3" high and 2" wide. If you do not already have pre-packaged samples or your samples are larger than the given dimensions, we will send you a Duo Sample Kit that will allow you to create 200 samples. To see what kind of samples the kit can accommodate click HERE. The sample kit includes instructions, 200 2" compostable sample pods w/lids, 200 shrink wrap bags and a heat gun. The heat gun must be returned with your samples or you will be charged a $75 fee for the heat gun.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $50 FEE FOR EACH SAMPLE KIT UNLESS YOU HAVE SIGNED A 6 MONTH OR 12 MONTH CONTRACT THEN THE FEE IS $25.

The Duo Sample Station™ is booked by Floors. Each Floor has 6 rows and can hold a total of 84 Samples. We service the Sample Station as needed throughout the week to ensure your samples are always available during your sample week.
