All of our Corn is organic and non-GMO. Our corn has been nixtamalized, an ancient process that makes the corn fully digestible and allows all the nutrients to be bio-available to you. Our tamales are Certified Gluten-Free. And except for the tamales with cheese, and our Vegetable Curry Tamale that has coconut milk, you won’t find any other common allergens in our tamales. While traditional Masa calls for lard, we use Expeller Pressed Non-GMO Canola oil, known to produce the highest-grade flavor. As a result, all our masa is 100% Vegan and it doesn’t have that funny lard after taste.
