Information involved in using this website

The website’s hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request timestamps, IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, and error or security logs.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Duo uses Google Analytics to understand which public pages visitors use, how people find the website, which public links they activate, and whether the content is useful. Optional analytics stays off unless you select “Accept analytics.” You may decline analytics and may later reopen Analytics preferences in the website footer to change your choice.

After consent, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar browser storage. Google may receive technical information such as the page URL, referrer, browser or device category, and general region-level information. Google Signals is not enabled, user-provided data collection is not enabled, and granular city-level and device-model collection is disabled in Duo’s approved Analytics settings.

Duo does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, payment data, ROSE data, or private business information to analytics. Operational hosting and security logs are separate from this optional marketing analytics.

Information you send voluntarily

If you email Duo Marketplace, we receive the address you use and whatever contact, business, or message information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and conduct related business communication.

What this public site does not provide

• No public client portal, login, dashboard, or account area.
• No public Retail Opportunity Snapshot.
• No public collection or display of private Zoho CRM records.

Sale of visitor information

Duo Marketplace does not sell visitor information.

Duo uses reasonable administrative and technical care appropriate to the current website and its communications. No internet service or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information is retained as reasonably needed for communication, business operations, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations.
